You can have as many as 20 concurrent users log in to the system. Users mean staffs from your office and you invite them to login as Officio users. Users are accessing the same cloud database, hence the info will be just the same for everyone.
We will add more features onto Officio slowly after we launch in February. We plan to include feature where our users can suggest and vote which features they want to have in Officio. By doing this, we can prioritise which feature should be built first. And also, if you have document template which we should include in Officio, feel free to send us the template and we do our best to include them on this software for benefits of many.
